The struggle is reel.
Everyone here that has used this fancy hitch design dislikes it .
So after the last compliant and cut fingers and also the struggle of holding latch down while getting it back on the hitch for most staff we decided to go back to just a pin.
Took longer to make a pin than removing the hardware.
